Write to the desk
The desk answers during warehouse hours and reads every message before the next release window opens. Bring a bond note, a grade sheet question or a consignee letter in dispute, and we will tell you what the records say.

Three questions the desk hears often
If your question is not here, send it through the form and we will answer in writing during the next working day.
Bring the contract that set the standard, any bond notes already opened and every consignee letter you hold, including letters that have been superseded. We would rather read a record that looks irrelevant than discover later that it was the missing piece. Digital copies are fine, but printed pages are easier to lay side by side on the bench.
A window can usually be booked within two working days of a complete note and a matching grade sheet. If a note is being opened for the first time, allow one extra day so the desk can read the contract before it writes the note. We will not compress a window to fit a late request, because that is how records get skipped.
Yes, provided the bond note names the subcontractor or names an authority who can nominate one in writing. The desk will draft a consignee letter that matches the note, and the collecting party will be checked at the door. If the note does not support the nomination, we will ask for the note to be reopened rather than bend the letter to fit.
